Transportation Services

​

Transportation services will include training and transporting individuals served to enable them the opportunity to access community activities in their communities.  Services provided are specific to what is indicated in the individual plan and can include:

• Orientation services in obtaining services or supports for safe movement from one place to another

• Assisting Mobility and volunteer transportation services such as transportation coordination and accessing resources

• Travel training

• Mileage reimbursement for transportation provided by another individual using their own car; and

• Purchasing prepaid transportation vouchers and cards.
